I have lost my password, what to do?
Click here and we will automatically send the password or send an e-mail to info@usb-premiums.com with your e-mail address (which is the same as your user name) and we will send you again your password.
Order quantity
I want to place an order amount above 2499 pcs, but I don’t see a price for this?
Please contact us via info@usb-premiums.com and we will offer you a special price for each requested quantity above 2499 pcs.
Artwork
I can’t upload my artwork, what to do?
Please check the quality of your artwork. It is required to use an EPS /.ai file.
Shopping Cart
How can I change the content of my Shopping Cart?
By clicking on “Edit Cart” on the right top of the homepage you are able to remove products from your Shopping Cart. Adding a product can be done via the common order steps.
Shipment
How do I track my shipment?
After you have placed an order you will receive a special TNT tracking number which enables you to track the status of delivery of your order.
Payment
Which payment options do I have?
As a new customer you have the option to pay via the following methods: 1. Pay in advance; you will receive by e-mail a pro forma invoice. After the payment is done, your order will proceed. 2. Creditcard payment; you can pay directly via your Creditcard. Your order will be taken directly in progress.
When you are an existing customer we can provide you an USB-Premiums payment account (option 3), which allows you to place and pay orders as long as your account limit requires.
