Orders
Please provide clear and complete specifications of all order details, so we can immediate order processing. Use of specified order codes, clear specification of all requirements such as link colour, will help to prevent delay in processing orders.
Artwork
Artwork should have clear and specific colour indications in Pantone/PMS references. Please note: numbers preceded by 'C' indicate printing on product surface; numbers preceded by 'U' are used for printing on paper. Please let us know the fonts used and include them when forwarding digital artwork. The best results always come from the best artwork. Nowadays, artwork is ideally transmitted by e-mail. Below we have specified the requirements of all types of artwork.

Quark X-press/Adobe Photoshop for lay-out of customised packaging
Fonts used (also include them in your artwork)
Artwork is required as colour separated EPS files. Please send all the fonts that you used in your artwork to us, or change the fonts into vectors or contours.
General information
Reduce the file size of the artwork if possible, particularly if you plan to send it by e-mail. Use one of the following programmes to compress your file

PC: Zip, WinZip
Naturally the list of specifications in this catalogue is not comprehensive. It may well be that you still have unanswered questions. And naturally we will be glad to answer them, or to provide you with further information.
Terms
Payment within 14 days after invoice date if you're approved for the credit insurance, otherwise payment prior to shipment.
